Amazon Energy Exploration and
Production Company Limited (AEEP) is the Upstream and
Midstream Assets Development arm of Amazon Energy Group.
The primary focus of current
development efforts are assets located within the Niger
Delta Region, leveraging on the company’s core business
strategy. Ultimately the company intends to sufficiently
develop capacity and operating experience necessary for
sourcing and developing assets within the Gulf of
Guinea.
Essentially, the company was set up
to achieve the following:
• Develop farm-in opportunities with
new or operating assets
• Develop farm-in opportunities with
operators of fallow or dormant assets
• Participate in Government licensing
rounds
• Develop, manage and deliver
integrated oil, gas and power projects
• Explore opportunities for and
oversee Asset Management Contracts with operating
companies
