Overview
We draw on more than half a century of experience delivering projects of varying scale and complexity across the oil and gas value chain. Our New Ventures business identifies and validates opportunities, develops commercially viable and de-risked investment propositions, mobilizes partners and resources, and supports project delivery to create sustainable value for all stakeholders.
Our business scope
Our business scope spans three areas.

Gas development
We pursue opportunities in associated and non-associated gas, including flare gas recovery and utilization, gas gathering, processing and monetization, and related services. Our focus is on developing commercially sound projects that help reduce routine flaring while bringing gas to productive use.

Infrastructure development
We develop and support investment opportunities in oil and gas infrastructure, including pipelines and associated facilities, gas and hydrocarbon processing facilities, jetties, and civil and transport infrastructure such as roads and real estate. These assets can enable production, processing, storage and transportation across the industry value chain.
- 03
Oil development
We assess and pursue oil opportunities across greenfield, brownfield, and marginal fields. This includes identifying prospects, evaluating development or redevelopment options, and structuring projects to attract the technical and financial resources needed for responsible and commercially viable production.
